Good Stay in a King Suite Balcony!

The staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in with Sam was very nice. I booked a King Suite Balcony and found it spacious and clean. It had many amenities I appreciated, like umbrellas, a bathrobe, and a refrigerator stocked with complimentary water and snacks.
The hotel promised amenities that weren't available, like room service. It was listed on their website and in the room, but I was informed it wasn't provided.

The rooftop restaurant offers great views of the area and a good dining experience. There is also a speakeasy. It features jazz shows and a selection of well-made drinks. The hotel provides reliable WiFi, useful for both work and leisure purposes.

The room included plush towels and very good housekeeping services. I found a large TV with well decorated, quiet rooms. Turn down service happened each night. It included a bottle of water, chocolate, and a lavender sachet.

The rooftop bar was nice, and the breakfast spot offered great choices too. The staff worked efficiently. They always made sure our drinks were full and food was ready quickly. I found the drink recommendations to be GREAT!

The King room had an adjoining living room. It included a sofa and chairs. Staff members were courteous. Rooms were elegant and clean. The speakeasy offered live jazz music and downstairs dinner, this was AMAZING!!!

The King room was spacious and comfortable. The valet handled car services and luggage. The hotel staff is great. The room included very clean towels and toiletries were always full.

The rooftop bar provides drinks and food. The view is gorgeous. There is a cute breakfast place very close to the hotel entrance, just ten feet away. The bartender, Nate, made AMAZING cocktail recommendations.

Wonderful Rooftop Birthday
rooftop venue cocktail menu decorated venue friendly team
My birthday party was on the rooftop, and the staff was very nice. Basma helped us set up the cocktail menu, and she was responsive. The venue was nicely decorated with menus that had the event name and chosen cocktails. Nate and his team worked hard and were friendly, they ensured everyone was taken care of.
My room could have been colder at night because the AC system was limited.

The guacamole was delicious, and the mango shrimp ceviche was very good, but it has more of a mango marinade. The drinks are solid and the views make the space wonderful. The bar provides a relaxed vibe perfect for enjoying the scenery.

The location was charming. the included bottled water and coffee machine were quite useful. I appreciated those extras.
The air conditioning unit made a lot of noise. it didn't adequately heat the room. I even had to switch it off.
